Dry Sofrito new logo

Dry Sofrito $5/ 1 oz net

This special spice blend is not something you will find in the market. I have carefully replicated the original seasoning sauce that is popular in the Hispanic Caribbean islands (Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic and Cuba). These bold flavors go well with meat, poultry, seafood, rice, beans soups. And can even be used on your popcorn to give it a little latin twist!.

Za’tar  $5/ 1 oz net

This middle eastern spice blend is great on any dish from meats to potatoes and in a salad dressing or sprinkled on some hummus. I use a French Thyme which has been delicately roasted, sesame seeds and sumac for that added citrus zing.

Dukkah $6/ 1 oz net

This Egyptian nut and seed spice blends was developed at the beginning of the spice trade in North Africa. It was used as a bread dipping. Now it can be seen as a nice crunchy texture added to take a dish to another level. I use coriander seeds, fennel seeds, cumin seeds and pistachios and sesame seeds to create this beautiful blend of flavors.

Harissa $5/ 1 oz net

You could say that harissa is a North Africa sofrito. It is usually in a paste form but I took the traditional ingredients and made a dry spice so that you can enjoy it not only as a rub for your meats but also to flavor popcorn, potato chips and french fries

Hot Sauces

original hot sauce new logo

Original Hot Sauce $10/ 5 oz net

This hot sauce is so savory and rich it doubles as a salsa. I’ve used three peppers (Guajillo, Bird’s eye and chipotle) to create this smoky and sweet  blend with just enough heat to make your tongue tickle.

mango habanero

Mango Habanero $10/ 5 oz net

If you really like some heat, then you need to try this super sweet hot sauce with a three alarm fire spice level that creeps up on you. This is great on tacos, pizza, tandoori chicken and more. You decide!
